Pepperl+Fuchs announced that Viator® HART modems have been fully integrated into its HART Interface Solutions product line. The move is part of Pepperl+Fuchs' strategy to increase its offering of integrated solutions and strengthen its position in the WirelessHART market.

Viator HART modems, previously marketed under Pepperl+Fuchs MACTek Inc, is now a Pepperl+Fuchs branded product. The official integration of the Viator portfolio means that it now has the power of Pepperl+Fuchs' distribution network, making Viator modems globally available and supported.
Drivers & Downloads The Comtrol DeviceMaster RTS 32-Port Rackmout RJ45 is a 32-port device server designed for network-enabling serial communications devices. When used with the included NS-Link driver software and a host PC, the DeviceMaster RTS enables placement of COM or TTY ports anywhere on an Ethernet network or across the Internet. The Pepperl+Fuchs Comtrol DeviceMaster Serial Hub 16-Port network enables up to 16 serial communications devices. The RocketPort USB Serial Hub II is a USB-attached 4-port serial expansion device for PC-based servers and client computers.Delivering four RS-232 ports, the RocketPort USB Serial Hub II provides the ideal solution to easily add multiple serial ports for virtually any system application, including retail and industrial applications, POS, remote access, and data collection. Software packages facilitate configuration, parameterization and operation of several Pepperl+Fuchs products.PACTware TM is a manufacturer and fieldbus-independent configuraton tool based on a standardized interface and device-specific Device Type Managers, or DTMs for short.
Bluetooth, RS-232, USB, and USB with PowerXpress™ Viator models are available, including a Bluetooth model that is designed for use in hazardous locations.
